We put the funnel back together

marketinque exists so one operator can run every stage of marketing, from positioning to advocacy, through one governed agent.

Marketing did not get harder. It got fragmented.

Walk the funnel: positioning, attraction, capture, nurture, activation, onboarding, retention, advocacy. Eight stages, and over the last decade each one grew its own tool, its own agency, its own freelancer, its own dashboard. The work is one continuous system; the stack is not. So the operator becomes the integration layer, copying context between tabs while the funnel leaks at every seam.

Then AI arrived and made the drafts nearly free, but not trustworthy. One camp of tools stops at the document and hands you the pasting. The other camp wires a model to your accounts and asks for faith. When that faith breaks, it breaks in public, under your brand name.

marketinque is built on a different premise: the funnel is one system, so one agent should run it. Give that agent every stage and every channel, then make the trust structural. Risk-class each action. Let harmless drafts run on autopilot. Hold every publish, send, and dollar behind a human gate. Log all of it to a chain that cannot be quietly edited. And each cycle, aim the work at the stage where the funnel leaks most, because a funnel is a chain, and a chain is its weakest link.

That is the product: not a smarter copywriter, but a funnel that runs itself, with receipts.

How it is built

One system, aimed at the leak

The agent sees the funnel end to end, from positioning to advocacy, and plans each cycle against the stage that leaks most, not the channel that shouts loudest. Optimizing email subject lines while positioning is broken is wasted motion; seeing the whole chain is what prevents it.

Drafts autopilot, egress waits

The agent does unlimited safe work: writing, auditing, planning. The moment an action would leave the system (a publish, a send, a dollar) it stops at the gateway and waits for a human. The send button is yours, permanently.

Fail closed, with receipts

An action without a policy row does not run, and forbidden actions like fake reviews and unconsented blasts have no execution path at all. Everything that does run lands in an append-only, hash-chained log the database re-verifies on demand. Trust here is structural, not a system prompt.

Frugal by design

The entire platform, including the database, the job queue, the agent, and this site, runs on one small server. The strategist skips stages with fresh drafts and caps its work per cycle, so quiet weeks cost almost nothing.

You are inside the funnel right now

marketinque is customer zero, and this site is its funnel running in production. This page is stage zero, positioning. The guide and the blog are the attract stage. The free tools and the waitlist are the capture stage. All of it planned and drafted by the agent, and approved by a human, through the same gateway you would use.

Where it stands

marketinque is in its first phase: a single production deployment running its own funnel while the governance model proves itself in the open. Video is script-drafting only for now, and pricing is not set. When it opens to other operators, the waitlist hears first.
