The terms, in plain words

1. 1. Who you are dealing with

   marketinque is operated by Max Zeshut (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at max@marketinque.com. How we handle data is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

2. 2. What the service is

   The public site — the launch plan, the backlink index, the Learn library, the free tools and the free tier of the MCP endpoint — is free to use and needs no account. You may rely on it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

   A project is a workspace in the console where a governed AI agent plans and drafts marketing for one product, and where you approve what leaves. Projects open by waitlist. Until pricing is published, a project has no fee; when it does, the price you see when you subscribe is the price you pay, and you can stop at any time.

3. 3. Your account, your tokens

   The console sign-in and every project token are yours to keep secret. Anything done with them is done by you, including what an agent you connected records. Tokens carry scopes — read, write, approve — and a token without the approve scope cannot decide anything on your behalf. Revoke a token the moment you no longer control the thing that holds it.

4. 4. What stays your decision

   The product’s central rule is enforced in software, not promised in prose: every publish, every send and every dollar of spend waits for a human decision. Drafts that cost nothing may run on their own; anything with an audience or a bill does not. The live version of that policy is on the trust page.

   That makes what you approve yours. When you approve a post, a message or a listing, you are responsible for its content, for the account it goes out from, and for the rules of the platform it goes to. Connect only accounts you are allowed to use, and follow each platform’s terms as if you had posted by hand — because, in every way that matters, you did.

5. 5. What AI drafts are, and are not

   Drafts, dossiers, ideas and plans are produced by third-party language models from the material in your project and the public web. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently invented. A critic culls the weakest and every claim carries its source, but neither replaces your reading. Nothing the service produces is legal, financial or professional advice.

   We do not promise rankings, traffic, citations, sign-ups or revenue. The plan and the index describe what has worked for others; whether it works for you depends on your product and your execution.

6. 6. Your content

   What you put into a project — your product details, brand, facts, edits, approvals — stays yours. You give us the right to store it, process it, and send it to the model provider you chose and the platforms you connect, solely to run the service for you. We claim nothing else, and we do not use your project to train models or to market to anyone but you.

7. 7. Acceptable use

   • No unlawful content, and nothing you do not have the right to publish.
   • No spam: no unsolicited bulk messages, no fake reviews, no manufactured engagement.
   • No impersonation of a person or an organisation.
   • No probing, overloading or reverse-engineering the service beyond ordinary use of its documented interfaces.
   • No use of the MCP endpoint that exceeds its published allowances or circumvents them.

8. 8. Costs you bear

   A project runs on the model key you provide; the provider bills you for those calls. Directories, platforms and tools you choose to pay for are between you and them — the service never spends money on your behalf without a specific approval.

9. 9. Availability and changes

   The service is provided as it is and as it is available. It runs on modest infrastructure and may be interrupted, changed or paused; features may be added, altered or retired. We do not offer an uptime commitment. We will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something a project depends on.

10. 10. Ending things

    You can delete your project at any time; deletion removes everything in it, immediately and without a backup copy. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or where the law requires, and will say why unless the law forbids it.

11. 11. Liability

    To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost revenue or data, or for what happens on the platforms you publish to. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. 12. Changes to these terms

    When the terms change, the date at the top moves and material changes are announced to the addresses on file before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
